Here is a final reminder that the Government’s inquiry into the private rented sector is near the end of its public consultation stage.

The deadline for submissions is 11am this Thursday, January 17.

The inquiry is wide-ranging and looking into a number of issues, including letting agents’ fees, rent controls, and the licensing of landlords and agents.
